How do I place an order?

Ordering from Papelito is very simple:

1. Choose the product you want to personalize (stamp, roller stamp, etc.).

2. Add the product to your cart.

3. Complete the payment through our online store.

4. You will receive an email with the order summary.

5. Reply to that email with your design or instructions.

After that, we will send you a digital preview for approval before production.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

• Mercado Pago / OpenPay (up to 3 interest-free installments)

• Bank transfer (10% discount)

🎨 How to send your design

How do I send my logo or design?

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order summary (please check your spam folder as well).

Simply reply to that email and attach your logo or design instructions.

What file formats do you accept?

The ideal formats for creating a custom stamp or roller stamp are:

• PDF

• AI

• EPS

Preferably in black and white.

If you don’t have these formats, you can still send your file and we will help adapt it.

What if I don’t have my design ready?

No problem.

You can send us:

• your logo

• an image

• or simply describe your idea

Our team can help adapt the design for your stamp or roller stamp.

⏱ Production time

How long does it take to produce a custom stamp?

Production time is up to 7 business days after design approval.

In many cases, orders are ready earlier.

If you need your order urgently, we recommend contacting us before placing the order.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes.

We always send a digital preview for approval before production.

This way you can confirm that the stamp design is correct.

Do you ship throughout Argentina?

Yes. We ship throughout Argentina.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We also ship custom stamps and roller stamps worldwide via DHL.

If you are outside Argentina, feel free to contact us to coordinate international shipping.

🔁 What is a Roller Stamp?

A Roller Stamp is a rotary stamp that allows you to print your design continuously on paper or packaging.

It is ideal for:

• boxes

• bags

• wrapping paper

• labels

• branded packaging

It allows you to mark large surfaces quickly and consistently.

What if I want a Roller Stamp but don’t have a repeating pattern?

No problem.

We can help create the repeating pattern required for the roller stamp.

You can send us:

• your logo

• an image

• or simply describe your idea

Based on that, we will create a design sample so you can see how it will look.

The cost of the sample is $6,000, and if you later purchase the Roller Stamp, this amount will be deducted from the product price.
