How to Submit Your Design
To ensure the best possible result, please send your file in one of the following formats:
- Illustrator (.ai) or SVG: the ideal format. It allows for the most precise and clean die-cutting.
- PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi, at actual size: the most commonly used alternative. A transparent background is essential for the die-cutting to follow the correct silhouette.
- JPG at 300 dpi, at actual size: only if the design has a background and does not require silhouette die-cutting.
Important Before Sending Your File
Resolution: The quality of the final result depends directly on the quality of the file. Pixelated images or images downloaded from social media may appear blurry when printed. We are not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality files.
Colors: Colors displayed on screen may vary from the final printed result. If you need an exact color match, please provide the Pantone or CMYK code.
Small text: Fonts smaller than 6 pt may lose legibility when printed. Please check the text size before sending your file.
Die-cutting margin: For silhouette-cut designs, an approximately 1–2 mm margin is applied around the design. Please keep this in mind if there are elements very close to the edge.
Approval Process
Before printing, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval. We only proceed with production once you give us the OK.
If you uploaded your design when placing the order, we already have it! If not, send it by replying to the order confirmation email or to [email protected], including your order number.
