Design:
- You can select a design from our catalog or send us your own design in black and white format, in Illustrator (with text converted to curves) PDF, EPS.
- If the format is JPG, PNG or TIFF, SEND IT IN 300 dpi.
- If you do not have the design in the formats mentioned, you can send it in the format you have available and we will check if it is suitable to convert it.

Important information when making the purchase:
- Continuous designs: To ensure optimal results, we advise you to choose continuous designs, avoiding large spaces between elements to maximize the quality of each seal and minimize unnecessary background printing.
- Design considerations: When creating your design, keep in mind that between one full turn and the next there may be a jump of approximately 3 to 4 mm.
- Design advice: If you do not have a design, do not worry. When making your purchase and providing us with instructions, including your logo if necessary, we will advise you to optimize the design and achieve a neat seal.
- Full shape elements: It is advisable not to abuse or avoid in your design the use of full shape elements, since the roller system may have difficulties in achieving uniform stamping. Designs with less load of these elements offer better results. Drawings in lines are preferable.
- Circular shapes: Circular shapes may undergo a slight stretching which may or may not be noticeable, depending on the design. Since it is not possible to anticipate the final result, it is advisable to rethink designs with circular shapes to avoid this possibility.
- Design adaptation: It may be necessary to adapt your design to ensure the correct functioning of the product. The adaptation may include changes in proportions and / or location of the elements that make up your design, adding elements or removing them, among others. If so, we will send you a proposal before going into production for your approval. If you do not see it possible to accept changes, we do not recommend this product. In case of not accepting any of the proposals and wanting to cancel your purchase, the equivalent of 15% of the price of the smallest roller will be deducted from the refund.
