Description

PREMIUM Ink for Packaging - Various Colors

The PREMIUM ink is ideal for sealing paper, cardboard, friselina, canvas, and similar materials, as well as MDF and fiberboard. Although it is not 100% indelible and not resistant to many washes, after 48 to 72 hours of sealing, it does not run when it comes into contact with water. It dries in a few minutes.

Available in two sizes:

  • 120 cc
  • 350 cc

Features:

  • This ink has a thicker viscosity for better adhesion on the surfaces, resulting in a more defined seal.
  • The white packaging ink is more viscous than other colors and may present some difficulty if the application and sealing process are not done quickly, as the viscosity increases when it begins to dry.

On plastic materials:

  • It requires about 1 hour of drying time.
  • On these materials, the seal does not withstand high levels of friction, and controlled pressure should be applied to avoid the stamp sliding over the surface and smudging the seal.

Application:
It is applied with a roller: Roller for Ink
We recommend using the plate to apply the ink: Glass Plate

Cleaning:
Easy to clean.
You can see how to use it in this video: Watch video

Recommendations:

  • Work in series for better ink usage.
  • For each ink application, start with a small amount: place a small amount of ink on the plate, spread it with a spatula or similar, then roll the roller, always turning in the same direction. Do some tests, then decide if you need to add more ink.
  • Avoid leaving too much time between applying the ink and sealing. Although it is not immediately drying, as time passes, the ink loses moisture and becomes thicker. If left for too long and the ink dries, it will thicken and may stick.
  • Before sealing the pieces, do sealing tests on a similar material that can be discarded to get familiar with the process.
