Things to Keep in Mind for Customizing Your Keychain:
- The data to customize your keychain must be entered in ORDER NOTES at the beginning of the checkout process. If you didn't do this, please send an email to [email protected] with the required information and your order number.
- In the product photos, you will find the available color and font options. If you don’t find a font in the options, it means that it is not possible to do it with a different font than the one shown in the photo.
- The information should be sent as follows: NAME, LAST NAME (if applicable), BACKGROUND COLOR, TEXT COLOR, FONT, and CARABINER COLOR.
- If the colors are not indicated by the names listed on the website, the closest color will be chosen without prior consultation.
- All names are subject to being able to be made.
Product Care:
- Hand washable with cold or lukewarm water (not dishwasher safe).
- DO NOT WITHSTAND HIGH TEMPERATURES, maximum is 60°.
